Castle Dining Room

Chef Harris focuses on using local, fresh produce and quality meats on the prix fixe, three-course dinner menu, which changes seasonally. While the food is the focal point, the Castle Hill’s Dining Room setting is also something to behold where the subtle chime of the grandfather clock, the opulent glow of the candle-lit wood-paneled dining room, and the understated music come together to create the most intimate and elegant setting in Ludlow, Vermont.

If you would like to arrange for a special dining event at our restaurant, our private dining room is available for groups of up to 12 people, while the oval dining room and the billiard room are perfect for larger parties. Reservations are recommended.
