Dining At Castle Hill Resort and Spa
If you are staying with us at Castle Hill Resort and Spa, prepare for an amazing dining experience.
Executive Chef Alphonsus Harris oversees our gourmet restaurant in Ludlow, and we promise that your dining experience at Castle Hill will be a feast for the eyes as well as the palate! His French-influenced American cuisine will delight your taste buds for breakfast and dinner.
Chef Harris focuses on using local, fresh produce and quality meats on the prix fixe, four-course dinner menu, which changes seasonally. While the food is the focal point, the Castle Hill’s Dining Room setting is also something to behold where the subtle chime of the grandfather clock, the opulent glow of the candle-lit wood-paneled dining room, and the understated music come together to create one of the most intimate and elegant settings in Ludlow, Vermont.
If you would like to arrange for a special dining event at our restaurant, our private dining room is available for groups of up to 12 people, while the oval-shaped dining room and the billiard room are perfect for more intimate parties. Reservations are recommended.
